Lebanese-style meatloaf served with slowly roasted vegetables, creamy potato purée & a rich mushroom gravy.


Celery, Eggs, Gluten, Milk, Mustard

Minced beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, unsalted butter, beef stock, olive oil, potato, green beans, broccoli, carrot, mushroom, fresh herbs, Middle Eastern spices, mustard, salt, black pepper

In the Microwave (900W): Heat meat & vegetables for 2 min. Add potato purée and heat for another 2 min. Timings vary depending on your appliance.

On the hob: Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. First heat meat & vegetables for 5 min. Add potato purée and heat for another 3 min or until warmed through.
