How do I place my order?
Step 1. Select from our menu for the next available delivery day (Monday or Thursday)
Step 2. Order your meals
Step 3. Select your preferred delivery time-slot
Step 4. Reheat the food when necessary and enjoy!
When does my food get delivered?
We deliver our freshly prepared food to your doorstep every Monday and Thursday. We have three delivery time-slots available on those days:
- 12:00 - 13:00
- 19:00 - 20:00
- 20:00 - 21:00
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes we do depending on your postcode. The delivery fee will be automatically calculated and shown to you before checking out.
What areas do you deliver to?
For our weekly deliveries, we only deliver in London, to the following postcodes:
Zone A: W10, W9, W2, W11, W8, W14, W8, SW5, SW7
Zone B: SW1, SW3, SW10, SW6, W6, W12, NW10, NW6, NW8, NW1, W1,
Zone C: SW11, SW12, SW4, SW8, SE11, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, as well as parts of SE1, E1 and E2
For catering events, we deliver to all postcodes in London, depending on the total charge. Please reach out to us to find out more.
Do I have to be in to receive my delivery?
Yes, we need you at your delivery address to accept the order. If you have any delivery instructions, please include them in your delivery notes when you place your order. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep, we do not accept liability.
We will always contact you if there is an issue once the driver reaches your delivery address. Please make sure you are available to answer your call or e-mails during your selected time-slot.
What if I need to reschedule my order?
If you think you won’t be at the delivery address to receive your meals, please e-mail us at email@example.com at least two hours in advance to let us know and we’ll reschedule your delivery for you.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all credit and debit card payments through our secure third party payment partner Stripe. We do not store any of your payment details. The payment security is handled by Stripe, one of the leading payment providers worldwide.
How is the food delivered?
Our food is delivered chilled in microwavable, freezable, and recyclable containers. Serving, storing, heating as well as allergen informations for each item are available on our website under the product description.

How do you chill the food?
We use the blast chilling method which is the safest way for cooling food quickly before packaging and refrigerating.
What if I have food allergies?
We have provided allergen information for most frequents food allergies. Please note that all our food is handled in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens might be present, we therefore cannot guarantee that our food does not contain traces of those allergens. If you are worried about a particular meal, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the portions sizes?
- Mains dishes: 400-450g
- Side dishes: 180-200g
- Desserts: 100-200g
Where do you source your ingredients from?
We use the freshest ingredients sourced from our approved local suppliers. We provide a full list of ingredients used to make your choosing as easy as possible.
Our butcher is BRC accredited Grade AA, an NHS Supply Chain Approved Supplier, Red Tractor licensed, and a member of the National Association of Catering Butchers; operating under a full HACCP based food safety system.
Our referral programme
How does Kammoon’s referral programme work?
If you were referred by a friend, please enter the name of your friend in the relevant section on the cart page, and use the discount code 'FRIEND' in the appropriate field before checking out. You will automatically receive a £10 discount.
We will then send an email to the friend who referred you with a unique discount code also giving him a £10 discount.
The referral voucher 'FRIEND' can be used only if you are a first time customer.
