ABOUT OUR WEEKLY MENU

  • How does your weekly service work?

    We offer two evening delivery slots: 6-8 PM or 7-9 PM.

    For orders falling outside our delivery zones or standard slots, please get in touch and we'll arrange a special delivery for you for an additional fee.

  • How long in advance do I have to order?

    You can place your orders in advance for any day of the week or order on by 3PM for same day delivery. We are here to help your weekly meals planning!

  • Can I order for same-day delivery?

    Yes, you can order for same-day delivery as long as you order by 3PM.

  • Is your menu fixed or changing weekly?

    Our main dishes change every 3 days whereas our grills, salads, mezze items, desserts and extras remain available daily on our menu.

  • What’s the minimum order requirement?

    Our minimum order requirement stands at £35.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

    Yes, you will need to be home to receive your delivery or alternatively arrange for someone to accept the order on your behalf.  If you think you won’t be available to receive your order within the agreed time-slot, please inform us ahead of time and we will reschedule for a later time/day.

    Our drivers will reach out to you on your mobile and ring your doorbell. They will wait up to 15 minutes and keep proofs of delivered orders.

    We are unable to accept any liability related to undelivered orders due to Customers’ absence during the selected time-slots. Thanks for understanding!

  • How can amend my order/ delivery time-slot?

    If you think you won’t be available to receive your order within the selected time-slot, please reach out by 4PM on the day, and we will reschedule for a time of your convenience.

  • My postcode doesn’t appear in your delivery area and I would love to have your food – can you ship to me?

    Of course! We endeavor to deliver to as many postcodes as possible across London. However, if your postcode doesn’t happen to fall within our delivery scope, we can send your food with a third-party courier partner at a fee pre-set by the carrier.

  • Can I freeze the food?

    Some items are suitable for freezing and some aren’t. Kindly refer to the “Ingredients and more” section for each item and you will find this information. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, we’d love to chat!

  • How long does the food last in my fridge?

    All our items are labelled with a “use-by” date. Our food will keep fresh in your fridge as long as it is properly refrigerated and consumed with the indicated “use-by” date.

  • Can you tell me more about the ingredients used?

    Kindly refer to the “Ingredients and more” section for each item and you will find the full list of ingredients used. We provide our Customers will full transparency regarding all the ingredients that go in their food.

  • Is your food freshly made?

    Our kitchen is operational 24/7. Our food is freshly made daily by our talented Chefs using top quality ingredients for your enjoyment.

  • Is your meat halal?

    Yes our meat is Halal certified.
