Slow cooked lamb shoulder served on a bed of fragrant rice and minced lamb topped with golden sultanas & toasted nuts. Served with a rich gravy.

Celery, Gluten, Milk, Nuts

Lamb shoulder, lamb stock, minced lamb, basmati rice, unsalted butter, flour, pistachios, blanched almonds, golden sultanas, Middle Eastern spices, salt, black pepper

In the Microwave (900W): Pour gravy over lamb & rice and heat for 2:30-3 min. Timings vary depending on your appliance.

On the hob: Empty lamb & rice into pan and pour gravy over. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
