Moudardara - Lentil and rice pilaf with caramelised onions

Spiced lentil and rice pilaf topped with caramelised onions and served with a cucumber-mint yogurt dip.

Brown lentil, rice, onion, plain Greek yogurt, cucumber, vegetable oil, Middle Eastern spices, dried mint, salt, black pepper

In the Microwave (900W): Heat for 2 min. Stir lentil & rice pilaf and continue heating for another minute. Timings vary depending on your appliance.

On the hob: Empty lentil and rice pilaf into pan. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
