Chich Taouk - Grilled chicken with roasted vegetables

Grilled chicken cubes marinated in a lemon yogurt sauce with herbs & spices. Mama serves it with balsamic roasted vegetables and a quinoa-basmati rice side.

Milk, Mustard, Sulphites (vinegar)

Chicken breast, bell pepper, courgette, carrot, parsnip, aubergine, basmati rice, quinoa, Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, garlic, olive oil, Middle Eastern spices, salt, black pepper

In the Microwave (900W): Heat chicken & vegetables for 2 min. Add quinoa-basmati rice and heat for another minute. Timings vary depending on your appliance.

In the oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. First heat chicken for 5 min. Add quinoa-basmati rice & vegetables and heat for another 3 min or until warmed through.
