In the Microwave (900W): Our food containers are microwave-safe. Heat Kibbeh for 1:30-2 min. Timings vary depending on your appliance. In the oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Heat Kibbeh for 5 min or until warmed through. Keep refrigerated and consume within 'use by' date shown. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and consume with 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
