In the Microwave (900W): Our food containers are microwave-safe. Heat chicken & rice for 4 min or until warmed through. Timings vary depending on your appliance.
On the hob: Empty chicken & rice into pan along with a splash of water. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
Keep refrigerated and consume within 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for freezing.
