Bulgur, brussel sprout, courgette, carrot, parsnip, red onion, feta, wholegrain mustard, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, dried herbs, salt, black pepper
Served chilled. Pour sauce over salad and toss. Keep refrigerated and consume within two days. Not suitable for freezing.
