Traditional jew's mallow stew with poached chicken breast topped with pickled onions & pita chips. Served with basmati rice.

Jew's mallow leaves, chicken breast, basmati rice, vegetable oil, vegetable stock, onion, garlic, coriander, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, pita chips, malt vinegar
In the Microwave (900W): Heat stew for 2 min. Add basmati rice and heat for another 2 min. Timings vary depending on your appliance.
On the hob: Empty stew into pan. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally. Add rice to another saucepan along with a splash of water. Stir occasionally until warmed through
