Potato Soufflé - Lebanese shepherd's pie


Oven-baked potato pie with a spiced beef filling with onion and pine nuts & a golden breadcrumb topping. Served with a mixed leaves side salad.


    Minced beef, onion, olive oil, pine nuts, potato, milk, unsalted butter, breadcrumbs, mixed leaves, cherry tomato, lemon juice, salt, black pepper

    In the Microwave (900W):Heat pie for 1:30-2 min. Timings vary depending on your appliance.


    On the hob: Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Heat pie for 6 min or until warmed through.
