Baby courgette, vine leaves, minced lamb, pudding rice, garlic, tomato purée, vegetable stock, lemon juice, Middle Eastern spices, salt, black pepper, plain Greek yogurt

In the Microwave (900W): Heat courgette & vine leaves for 2-2:30. Timings vary depending on your appliance.


On the hob: Empty courgette & vine leaves into pan. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until warmed.
