Kousa bil laban - Stuffed courgettes in yogurt sauce


Levantine marrow courgettes stuffed with spiced lamb & rice slowly cooked in a yogurt sauce with hints of dried mint and garlic.

Marrow courgette, minced lamb, pudding rice, garlic, salt, black pepper, dried mint, Greek yogurt

In the Microwave (900W): Heat courgettes for 2-2:30. Timings vary depending on your appliance.

On the hob: Empty courgettes into pan. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
