Kibbeh bil sanieh - Kibbeh pie with yogurt dip
Kibbeh is amongst the most popular dishes in Lebanon. Beef and bulgur pie with a delicious filling of spiced ground beef, onions and pine nuts. Mama serves it with a cucumber-mint yogurt dip.

Minced beef, bulgur wheat, plain Greek yogurt, onion, pine nuts, vegetable oil, cucumber, dried mint, Middle Eastern spices, salt, black pepper
In the Microwave (900W): Heat Kibbeh for 1:30-2 min. Timings vary depending on your appliance.
In the oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Heat Kibbeh for 6-7 min or until warmed through.
