Chich barak - Beef dumplings in minty yogurt
Crispy beef dumplings in a yogurt sauce with hints of dried mint and garlic. Served with vermicelli rice.

In the Microwave (900W): Heat yogurt sauce for 1-1:30 min stirring halfway through. Add vermicelli rice and heat for another minute. Heat dumplings in the oven for 5 min or until warmed through. Dip dumplings in yogurt sauce and enjoy with vermicelli rice.
On the hob: Empty yogurt into pan. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until warmed through. Add rice to another saucepan along with a splash of water. Stir occasionally until warmed through. Heat dumplings in the oven for 5 min or until warmed through. Dip dumplings in yogurt sauce and enjoy with vermicelli rice.
