Bemyeh w rizz - Okra beans & beef stew
Slow cooked okra beans & beef chunks in a rich tomato sauce with coriander and lemon juice. Served with a side of vermicelli rice.

Okra beans, beef chunks, rice, vermicelli, chopped tomatoes, tomato purée, garlic, coriander, vegetable stock, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper
In the Microwave (900W): Heat stew for 2 min. Add vermicelli rice and heat for another minute.
On the hob: Empty okra stew into pan. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally. Add rice to another saucepan along with a splash of water. Stir occasionally until warmed through.
