Ardichawkeh w rizz - Lemony artichoke stew


Artichoke hearts stuffed with spiced lamb, sautéed onion & pine nuts slowly baked in rich lemony sauce. Served with vermicelli rice.

    Gluten, Nuts

    Artichoke hearts, minced beef, onion, pine nuts, basmati rice, vermicelli, salt, black pepper

    In the Microwave (900W): Heat stew for 2 min. Add vermicelli rice and heat for another minute. Timings vary depending on your appliance.

    On the hob: Empty content into pan. Cover it and simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally. Add rice to another saucepan along with a splash of water. Stir occasionally until warmed through.
